Joseph Moritz

Joseph Moritz is a Xavier University graduate with a degree in Marketing. Joe's title is Project Manager and he works out of the Marketing and Developer Division. A few of Joe's responsibilities include marketing, web development, social media, market trend analysis, working with developers, and the development of a relocation program for local corporations. In addition Joe is also a licensed real estate agent in both Ohio & Kentucky.

Joe is an Eagle Scout and takes great pride in providing clients with the highest degree of service, respect, and trust. He has a small and family business background with sales experience and understands how crucial it is to take the initiative, and always stay motivated and goal oriented. His strong organizational skills and attention to detail help him see projects and deals move from start to finish. Joe's marketing background leads him to "think outside the box," and his leadership training and sales experience produces results.
