There is no realtor more knowledgeable about the City or better connected to the people of the City of Cincinnati.
Melody Richardson, a former Wall Street attorney and a former psychiatric social worker, returned to Cincinnati in 1994 and worked as Vice President Community Relations and General Counsel for the Cincinnati Arts Association during the construction and opening phases of the Aronoff Center. She is an ardent arts supporter and strong advocate for diversity. She is a real estate investor and passionate about the revitalization of Over the Rhine.
Past sales include the Academy of Medicine Building which has been renovated. Historic Grammer’s Bar and the adjacent Andy’s Glass site which had been on the market 15 years and 9 years respectively, were sold to a citizen who cares about the area and will develop thoughtfully. Hader Hardware store in Oakley was sold to Closson’s and it is now gorgeous! Other smaller commercial properties in Over the Rhine have been sold as well. Melody strives to make all deals to be good deals for the seller or investor as well as good for the community.
