Ron graduated from the University of
Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate. After
graduating, Ron began to work for a national homebuilder for the next seven
years. After holding the titles of Sales Counselor, Field Sales Manager and the
Sales and Marketing Manager, he decided to make a change in his career. Ron
became aware of The McAlpin Condominium project downtown through a business
acquaintance. Today, Ron now represents The McAlpin exclusively and is the
Director of Sales and Marketing for this historical project.
The McAlpin has been a Cincinnati landmark
since the mid 1800’s. After shutting its doors for the final time in 1996, many
ideas were created on what to do with this building. The end result, preserve
and restore the exterior of the building and create 62 condominiums on the
inside! Today, residents are moving in
every week into this newly renovated building. Our residences range in size
from 1100 sq. ft. to over 3300 sq. ft. with immediate occupancy available.
