Susan Asch

Susan Asch has been an industry leader in Northern Kentucky since the early 90's, and began her career in the luxury home market in the upscale Fairfield, CT market in 1986.  Having been involved in the real estate industry for over 25 years, Susan is known as a trusted resource for local media, having been featured in the Cincinnati Enquirer, magazines and local TV channels.

She is past president of the Northern Kentucky MLS, where she spearheaded instituting Agent IDX. Her involvement on a State and National level included meetings on Capital Hill which gives her a unique insight into current issues and trends in the industry.

Her sales expertise keeps her among the top agents in Northern Kentucky, listing and selling houses in the current market conditions. She has the ability to price and market houses to get them SOLD.
