Ryan’s job is to help you determine the best loan program based on your long and short term goals and cash flow and equity objectives. He will also monitor the bond market and determine the best time to lock in your interest rate. Mindy’s Role:
Mindy is the one that actually enters the loan application into the system. She will send you and review the disclosures that you will sign in order to get your loan ready for processing. She may contact you if any additional information will be needed. She will order your appraisal and send weekly updates to you, your realtor and the seller’s realtor. 859.866.7441
