Initially, when I moved to Cincinnati from North Carolina I was quite apprehensive regarding finding suitable housing in and around downtown Cincinnati. My intentions were to live downtown to experience both the convenience and variety of activities within the center of the city. I was assigned one realtor, but they moved onto another job and I was subsequently assigned to Greg. From what had been a less than successful start to my home search turned out to be much different once Greg took over finding my new home.

He had me explain what I was looking for and what were my goals. His questions quickly helped me establish my “wants”, price point and location. His searching gave me an excellent pool of possibilities that I investigated. Since I like to do my own research, Greg knew when to jump in and when to let me search on my own, making our relationship much more effective. From his observations, he narrowed my “wants” to a more refined short list. Multiple times he arranged (on very short notice I might add) viewing of properties.

Over the course of time, I found a residence that met and exceeded my needs, price range, location requirement, and most importantly my expectations. Immediately, Greg went “to bat” for me and began negotiations. Buying a home is difficult enough, but when one is new to an area and doesn't have a full understanding of the market, it is key to have someone that is both an advisor and advocate, which Greg proved he was both. Because of Greg's negotiation skills, I accepted a contract and settled on a closing date without a hitch. Greg worked with the Sellers agents all the way up to closing to ensure the deal was to my satisfaction.

Since I work in the banking industry, service is the difference between a successful company over the long term and one that fails to achieve customer satisfaction. Banking is very competitive and the companies that stay on top are the ones that provide the old fashion concept of service. Greg achieves success by providing excellent service to his clients.
