The following documentation MUST be provided with each application file. Applications will not be processed until all of the items below are received:
1) Completed application (link to application at the bottom of this page) - Applicants should PRINT or complete legibly. Applications should be submitted directly to rentals@comey.com or faxed to 513.766.3730.
2) Copy of last two paystubs - Most current information indicating gross monthly income or other financial income documentation such as the prior year’s tax return. If additional income is to be considered, such as a part-time job, verifiable documentation must be included.
3) Copy of valid driver’s license or other State-issued ID or passport.
4) Application Fee – All persons over the age of 18 who will be residing in the leased property must be screened. There is a non-refundable $45 fee per person. Payments can be made through the above PayPal account or by check payable to 'Comey & Shepherd Rentals'.
(Note to agents: a copy of a check for the application is sufficient, if the agent holds it and is turning it in for processing).
Applications are processed Monday through Friday 10 AM to 4:30 PM.
